Mgr. Hana Kumštová

Hana Kumštová is a cooperating attorney-at-law of the law offices.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2015, with her diploma thesis on the subject of protection of minority shareholders following the recodification of Czech private law.
She specializes in criminal defense, corporate law, insolvency law and family law. In particular, she focuses on francophone clients and cases with a cross-border element.
Hana is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
JUDr. Jana Čupitová
Specialization: family law; criminal law; insolvency; debt relief for individuals; administrative law.
She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague in 2013 with a rigorous thesis on the subject of Liability for Damage and Compensation in Civil Law. She has been working as an attorney-at-law since 2010, and since 2014 she belongs to the team of our law offices.
Jana specializes in providing legal services and representing clients, especially in family law, civil litigation, claims compensation and defense in criminal proceedings. She has experience in her current practice in providing legal advice in the area of debt relief and providing services in administrative proceedings.
Jana is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
Mgr. Eva Jandová
Specialization: family law; criminal law; labor law; mediation.
Eva Jandová graduated from the Faculty of Law of Charles University and the Catholic Theological Faculty of Charles University.
She has been working as an attorney-at-law since 2009.
Eva Jandová is registered on the list of mediators maintained by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic and provides the services of a registered mediator within our law firm.
She specializes in representing clients in criminal and civil proceedings, family law, debt collection, including execution and insolvency proceedings. She has extensive experience in transport law, especially truck transportations, and also deals with labor law (compensation for damage caused by employees, internal company regulations, representation of employers and employees in court).
Eva is a member of the Czech Bar Association and the Association of Christian Lawyers, z.s.
JUDr. Lucia Klincko
Specialization: contract law; family law; administrative law.
Lucia Klincko studied law in Slovakia at Mateja Bela University in Banská Bystrica. She cooperates with our law offices since 2020.
Lucia has six years of experience in the legal profession in Slovakia, where she worked as a senior court clerk in the district court.
Between 2009 and 2014, Lucia also practiced in legal publishing activities. Lucia is the author and co-author of several commentaries to the laws in Slovakia.
Lucia worked in the civil service since September 2016 before joining our law offices.
Mgr. Štěpánka Vavříková
Specialization: general legal practice
Štěpánka Vavříková works as a law clerk in Tábor´s office of our law firm.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Charles University, she completed her studies in 2020 by passing state final exams and presenting a diploma thesis on the subject of Selected issues of inheritance proceedings.
During her studies, she worked for a long time as a legal assistant in a notary’s office in Prague. She has been working in our law firm since January 2021 and she is engaged in general legal practice here.
Mgr. Diana Lokajíčková
Specialization: insolvency and restructuring; corporate law; M&A and transactions; acquisitions; comprehensive management of legal risks.
Diana Lokajíčková is a law clerk and works in Prague´s office of our law firm.
Diana studied law at the Faculty of Law of Charles University. In addition, during her studies she devoted herself to mediation and negotiation. In 2015, she successfully completed her study program Diplomacy at the Cyril Svoboda Diplomatic Academy in Prague.
In 2019, she achieved her studies at the Faculty of Law of Charles University by successfully passing state final exams with her thesis on the subject of The position of financial arbiter among alternative ways of resolving disputes. She is currently completing rigorous proceedings at the Faculty of Law, where she focuses on mediation as an out-of-court dispute resolution.
Ing. Lenka Brišiaková
Specialization: office management; communication; mail boxes; reporting.
Lenka Brišiaková works as an office manager in our Prague office.
She finished her master studies on Technical University in Košice in the field of Geotourism, combining geology and tourism.
She traveled almost the entire world, living and working in countries like South Africa, China, Korea, and many others. From the position within finance department of an international recruiting company in Barcelona, she changed to our law office in Prague.
Specialization: general legal practice
Nela is finishing her studies this year at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen – Faculty of Law and shall finish her thesis on Admissible Risk.
As part of her previous experience, she held the position of legal assistant in the insolvency practitioner’s office. Since February 2020, she has been working in our law firm as a legal assistant and is mainly engaged in the processing of simpler legal acts in the area of civil, administrative and criminal law, as well as helping with the operation of the law firm.
Bc. Květa Kazdová
Specialization: mail boxes; conversions of documents; accounting; communication.
Květa Kazdová holds the position of office manager.
She graduated from the Business Academy in Tábor, as well as the University of Opava, majoring in Public Administration and Regional Policy.
She started the practice in 1995 first as an assistant in a law firm and later in an administrative position at the District Court.
Květa is responsible for back office management and related activities.
