Jana specialises in restructuring and insolvency, litigation, and administrative and family law. She also represents clients in claims for compensation following loss-making events, provides defence in criminal proceedings, and handles debt relief for individuals.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She has been practising law since 2010 and has been with our firm since 2014.

When representing clients, she emphasises the clarity of legal advice and ensures that the proposed course of action leads to a practical and sustainable outcome.

Štěpánka specialises in insolvency and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, commercial and corporate law, international law and inheritance law. Thanks to her excellent command of English, she also works on cases with an international element, particularly in the area of cross-border commercial transactions and inheritance matters with an international dimension.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. She has been working at the law firm Constelius s.r.o. since January 2021, initially as a trainee solicitor at the Tábor branch, and successfully passed her bar exams in 2025.

She ensures thorough preparation of documentation, seeks effective solutions and maintains clear communication with clients.

Klaudie specialises in insolvency and restructuring, and also practises commercial and corporate law, as well as contract and obligations law.

She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague, where she also passed her postgraduate examination in 2021. She has been practising law since 2017, when she began her career as a legal assistant at one of the leading international law firms; she has been with our firm since 2025.

She prides herself on thoroughly analysing the facts and seeking solutions that provide legal certainty for the client.

Pavel specialises in personal injury compensation, property law, family law and inheritance law, insolvency and restructuring. He also deals with data protection (GDPR) and the restoration of citizenship to Czech emigrants and their descendants, and occasionally acts as a defence counsel in criminal cases. He specialises particularly in litigation and drafts contracts and agreements.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been practising law since 2005 and has been with our firm since 2024.

Thanks to his broad legal knowledge and proficiency in several languages, he also advises clients from abroad and integrates various areas of law into a comprehensive solution for the client’s specific situation.

Miroslav specialises in insolvency and restructuring, civil and family law, criminal law and, predominantly, litigation.

He graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague. He has been practising as an independent solicitor since 2011 and has been with our firm since the end of 2025.

He approaches each case individually, with an emphasis on understanding its context, and consistently champions the client’s interests in achieving the set objective.

Šárka practises general law at our firm and contributes to cases across the various areas in which our firm specialises.

She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Masaryk University, where she completed her studies in 2024 by passing her final state examinations. She has been with our firm since September 2023, initially as a legal assistant and, since July 2024, as a trainee solicitor. During her studies, she worked as a legal adviser at the Office of the Public Defender of Rights in Brno.

She approaches the tasks entrusted to her with diligence and an interest in the broader context of individual cases.
