She graduated from the Faculty of Law at Charles University in Prague.

She has been working at the law firm Constelius s.r.o. since January 2021, initially as a trainee lawyer at the Tábor office. In 2025, she successfully passed the bar examination and became an attorney-at-law.

She specialises primarily in commercial and corporate law and inheritance law. Thanks to her excellent command of English, she also participates in cases with an international element, particularly in the area of cross-border commercial transactions and inheritance matters with international aspects.

Štěpánka is a member of the Czech Bar Association.
